This is part of a campaign to sabotage Bowen, by delaying the vote count
and blaming it on her. The media will participate in the comedy because
they,
especially the newspapers, want news they can report that evening and
next morning. We saw the same line used against 'paper ballots' in
Alameda County, Ca, June 6, 06.

We need to point out that the fault lies with the machine companies for
making machines we can't trust, in part because they are not open.
