Fwd: ITA testing would detect Hursti attack, ballot programming errors, etc.

Can anyone please help me to verify or refute these claims by Joan
Krawitz (below) of VoteTrustUSA who has been recently telling press
how much she commends the new testing policies of the US EAC, and who
is making claims for the ability of testing to detect things that I
didn't know that it was possible for ITA testing to detect?

Thank you. You might want to cc Joan on your answers, and Warren too.
Warren is the great writer for VoteTrustUSA who also helped compile
the detailed vote count data from NM.

Federal testing if conducted decently can and should find
the kind of problems that have been reported with the Hursti hack, the ES&S
ballot programming and similar system design defects.
