oops .. obvious typo there. I meant 420/20 = 21 minutes

Another way to figure this:

12 people x 3.5 hours is 2520 person-minutes to count 10,000 yes/no
ballots
or .252 person-minutes for each ballot.

So, 500 ballots would take 500 x .252 126 minutes for a person, or 21
minutes for 6 people.
