Utah activists counter Caltech/Thad Hall Policy Brief

Michael Alvarez (Caltech) and Thad Hall (Univ of Utah) issued a strange
report on "American Attitudes About Electronic Voting."

I say "strange" because their own data from the survey does not support
their conclusions at all.

I joined the effort to counter this report, and our leader in Utah, Kathy
Dopp spearheaded to project. Here's our written response:
