That look is pretty good, IMO, we simply have to work a little bit on
it just to bring those links to life and to let them be more readable.
Not sure about the table layout: what does lynx says about this?
Would you test it for us?
Right now it wouldn't be easy, to me, to test the page with lynx.

BTW, I'm afraid I missed some e-mails about the site: you're asking
about some kind of template. Which kind of templating engine?
