I think the best thing for Anand to work on right now is an initial
version of the ballot screen. The screenshot is there, and Anand's
ballot-style.xml (and .dtd) samples look good (maybe we'll need to
revise something later, but not too much). Now the job is converting
those into a wxPython window/dialog. I think having -something-, even
if it's not quite right yet, will help us show new developers what we
are looking for.

Past that, I'll post some notices to try to attract more developers for
the other aspects of the demo. I think Alan suggested that Benetech/Jim
Fruchterman might be able to work on the blind-enabled input system. I
dunno, I guess Arthur was in that meeting. Arthur: does this look like
a possibility? Or is it contingent on some grant money coming in first?

Also, just to project a good image, it would be great to put something
up for the EVM2003 homepage. I think Matteo was working on a layout, is
that right? Let's upload whatever version exists; the announcement is
fine for a main page, for now. We can modify it, but having something
there rather than nothing would look better.
