Alan, your answer regarding hand counts is not particularly well informed, and
would do better to first study the European communities that succeed with it in
large metro communities. It tends to confirm my concern that the Open Source
community may in the end be fighting FOR technology and against the human
rights approach. I hope that doesn't happen.

Your concepts about fraud are based on party-centric hand count observation, not
public counting models -- two very different things.
