Cute, but pretty simplistic.

There is no distinction between "electronic" and DRE with paper trail. Not
sure where AutoMARK comes in there. For example, it shows CA with 9%
"electronic." There are no electronic systems without a paper trail (okay,
some would argue that DREs with paper trails are just as bad, but...).
Still, that's different from states with 100% paperless DREs (i.e., GA).

The map gives you some idea of the mix, but I don't think it's useful for
study purposes.
