Does anyone have any actual data? It should be possible to obtain it.
They must isolate ambiguous ballots in every manual recount.

The complaint is that a voter's intention may not be reflected in the
voter's interaction with the technology.

Weigh this against the other side. There are people who will not
interact with a computer. Doesn't John McCain have a right to vote too?
