Yeah, I don't remember that enough... I think it might be a paper that
one of the law profs. here at Boalt Hall wrote about Linux and other
projects being particularly useful, commercializable and secure
because they are infrastructural. It's probably by Peter Menell or
Robert Merges... I don't remember if it was published (I saw a
