The other donation button is actually on the page, but commented out
to focus attention on monthly subscriptions. So it'd be easy to show
it.

Paypal assumes that all "subscriptions" are for fixed amounts, so
users can't enter the amount. We could easily make buttons for $10,
$25, $100, etc., that would have a similar effect.

So how about if we make the text in the left box:

Become an OVC Supporting Member for
[$10] [$25] [$100] a month, or

[Make a one-time Donation].

Sure, the height (150) and width (80) is configurable. So are the
color of the bar and the labels. Suggestions?
