Contest for voting project list members

I mentioned that I think it will take a million visitors to reach our 1111
goal. This is a bit hard to figure given our web stats program. We do get
a count of page requests. So, I will put it another way: I predict it will
take 2,000,000 page requests to reach our goal.

Assuming we are going to be successful, I would like to see your prediction
of how many page requests we'll need to see in our web stats to make it.

Closest prediction gets a prize TBD (have to think about it... maybe just a
certificate or something like that ... or a custom coffee mug... suggestions
welcome).

Let's figure that the campaign started yesterday. We expect the really big
numbers after the election but we want to get as many as we can before the
election too. The pitch we have can be easily adjusted Nov 3.

You can follow progress here:

Give us your prediction of total page requests starting from OCT 27 to the
day we reach 1111 memberships. For the purposes of this contest it will be
the total page requests including the date we reach the goal. So, for
example, if we reach the goal on NOV 9, it would be the sum of all the page
requests OCT 27 thru NOV 9.

Post your prediction to this thread today!
