Yes, I do keep saying Executive Director because I see it as a
"staff" job with the leadership provided by the President. I'm not
convinced of the efficacy of the figurehead President, although I am
happy with the concept of a President who does not do day-to-day

Perhaps we made a mistake by creating the 501(c)(6) before creating
the 501(c)(3). Maybe we should have done it the other way around.
