Considering that the OVC has been unable to pay you, it's not clear
how much longer you can devote most of your time on OVC matters.
Your financial difficulties and how you deal with them present
problems to the OVC as an organization. To the extent that you can
continue to devote time to the OVC, that's great. If we can find
someone of suitable stature to lead the OVC but who doesn't have time
to run it, then it might make sense to have an Executive Director who
manages the OVC on a day-to-day basis.

I do think the board should formally commence a search for an OVC
