I think there is still a possibility, but we probably have to scale
back what we're planning to do to make sure we achieve something in
the requisite timeframe.

The OVC board will meet on November 11th and (1) develop a plan of
action for development, and (2) start a process for replacing Alan as
OVC President. I'm sure Alan will have a continuing role of some
sort. It might make sense to separate out the roles of OVC President
and a new role of OVC Executive Director. The current bylaws have
those as the same person.
