We changed the name of this element from 'election' to 'contest' at one
time. It seems that I forgot to update the code to reflect this - it is
fixed now.

Yes, it requires that both the names of the contests, and the names of
the candidates, are given _exactly_ as they are in the file rii/data.py.
Ballots printed out from the gui and the rii for identical votes must be
identical (except for the unique ballot number of course). A blank vote
must also be specified with the text "No preference indicated". Note
in particular that you have misspelled Steven Spielberg and Christian
Doppler.

Attached is a modified version of your XML file that works with the
printing routines.
