I agree with Alan. It is time to push for the demo.

I can write code but will be very happy with someone who
has a tight grip over all the technologies here but can
also help with the coding if the developer goes astray.

I expect to be more active in this project in February
so if we can get a head-start earlier, the better.

Reading the resumes of Eron & Fred, I would vote for
one of them as the Dev Lead.

Thanks

-Anand

Subject: [OVC-demo-team] New Development Lead

We are looking for someone to take on the role of Development Lead.
David
Mertz took on this role some time ago as a stop gap measure. He has
always
felt that he'd like someone else in that role. I have talked with David
about it and he feels it's time to recruit someone else to do it.

Please send me an email privately if you are interested in this role
(resume
w/phone no. appreciated). You should be able to convince me that you can
lead others toward the completion of the demo. We have lots of talent on
board, and we need someone that can lead by example. We've accomplished
a
lot so far but there are some things that just haven't happened and we
need
someone to step in now.

Thanks.

Alan D.
