Hi Jan,

Thanks for all your help getting started with this project, 'tis very
cool of you. Yes, I've been in touch with Alan via e-mail and attempted
to talk on the phone with the usual time lag problems.

On the directory structure, I did get a similar result with a cvs pull
earlier. I would like to start out helping by getting the file releases
in sync with the cvs. Note that none of the .wav files show under the
cvs check in. I haven't yet done a diff on the sources but I'm willing
to guess that there are also cvs missing or updated sources in the
release files. It's a good time for me to do this since I'm starting a
base line dev for the project on a "clean" system now. If there's
another area you all think I should be focusing on instead let me know.

>From what I've heard from Alan the demo is priority #1, so that is where
I'd like to help first.
