The Barcode Vocalization Application (BVA) is available from the project
File List:

  http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=86315

The other package there (RII) is the Reading Impaired Interface. The
source code there is identical to the code in the CVS Repository, but
you can also find some of the needed audio files there. I plan to update
RII within the next few days. This will include a complete set of audio
files (some will probably need to be modified, though).
