Right, this has nothing to do with Open Voting. I just thought it was kind of funny that measure No. 1 on demonstration ballot with completely fictional contests should resemble prop 1A on a real life ballot. That is, calling for a high speed rail system from northern CA to southern CA.

Oh well.
