"Prop 1A would provide $9.95 billion in bond funds to
spur the development of an 800-mile high-speed rail
system and improve existing rail networks."

Did anyone notice the similarity to measure no. 1 on the demo ballot we
dummied up back in 2003?

To reduce traffic and increase travel alternatives, this
amendment provides for development of a high speed
solar powered magnetic levitation system o run along
Interstate 5. Construction to begin November 1, 2004.
