I agree completely with Bev that chain of custody of ballots from the close
of the polls through the completion of central counting, recounts or audits
raises numerous problems. Counting at the poll site is essential, whenever
possible.

no no no, Richard.

The scanning has to take place at the polling place.

It takes an hour to scan the whole polling place, even if you do it slowly.
Central counts have a long and colorful history of fraud due to chain of
custody chicanery and insider maneuvers.
