If you'd read our election integrity audit paper you would have known this a
lot sooner because Roy Saltman's Appendix B is cited in our paper more than
once and his 1975 work mentioned in our Background section.

Roy Saltman reviewed our "election integrity audit" paper and made a couple
of suggestions to it, as did Ronald Rivest and a current NIST scientist,
prior to our releasing it.
