This is the first time I've done this so I wouldn't know. I sure hope it isn't althought with the common tendency to try and do things on the cheap, it wouldn't surprise me. Ed Cherlin was a poll worker also so maybe he knows? I know that someone else in the consortium worked the polls as well and in this state. I recall her particular issue was that they were told by their registrar they couldn't volunteer the availability of paper ballots.
