Hello Dave,

    Perhaps I'm feeling a little out of sorts tonight but this letter rather
confuses me. There were 437,173 votes in the City of San Diego mayoral
race. How many votes were cast in for a similar office in Franklin County?
Also, is your message that we should do everything by pencil and paper?
