Hello Charlie:

   It sound more like 100% plus turnout! What was the voting technology
used? Have the various counties provided any explanations for these curious
numbers? I know that elections were way too close to Halloween. Is their
some opportunity here for OVC in your opinion? I'm beginning to wonder if
the Ohio Sec.of State might be interested in sponsoring some of our
development efforts. It would be in his advantage politically to appear to
be working on the problem. Obviously this is just speculation on my part
personally.
