All I know about the below is that Cuyahoga Co. uses punchcards[1]...
has anyone heard anything else about this? -Joe

Does anyone know anything about this?

The Randi Rhodes show is apparently saying that there were several
precints in Cuyahoga County, Ohio with more votes cast than registered
voters, totalling almost 100,000 such extra votes, they say.
They show a few precints where there are more votes cast than registered,
and the numbers for those precints seem to match the unofficial results
listed on the Cuyahoga County web site. I wasn't able to confirm that this
amounts to 100,000 extra votes.
FYI, verifiedvoting.org says that Cuyahoga County is using punch cards.
