Without endorsing *any* group, I'll specifically state that Ms. Harris
FOIA requests that have landed some ITA reports in the public domain,
IS AMAZINGLY HELPFUL. (Although I'd like to see a hardware+software
ITA suite) She and her group have done a lot of good... regardless of
how palatable their rhetoric is to whomever. best, Joe
