Hello Laird,

    I don't see administer as a command anywhere. Also, when I click on the
link below it says, "You are not authorized to access this page." I believe
there is some sort of rights problem. I note that everything seems to be
the child of the OVC-FAQ which is not the actual OVC FAQ page as far as I
can tell.

BTW, the actual OVC FAQ http://openvotingconsortium.org/faq.html seems to
have been rewritten a little or am I mistaken?
