I'm happy to create and maintain an announcements-only list. Quite a
number of people in the past have removed themselves from the mailing
list because they were getting too many messages. So in the next few
days, I will create an announcements-only list. I'll announce to the
group when the list is ready, and then people can be added. All of
our donors who are not on our discussion list should also be added.
