Doug aptly added the 's' on open voting systems for our mission statement.

"The Open Voting Consortium (OVC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to
the development, maintenance, and delivery of open voting systems for use in
public elections."

There may be several different open voting system architectures. In any
case, we had to adopt something for the demo.

I would like to delay this discussion for, around 10 days -- or at least
until after the 11th. I want to focus as much attention as possible the
membership drive. What you are bringing up right now is a veritable black
hole.
