Thanks David. The find-match-copy part is certainly not very difficult. It
might be nice for the demo to put on a nice front end. Some messages might
look like so:

"Please insert the disk from voting machine number one." And maybe, "No,
that's the disk from voting machine number six. Please insert the disk from
voting machine number one."

"Thank you. That's all of the disks from the active voting machines at this
polling place."

"Enter the number of paper ballots."

"Please scan the barcode from a ballot."

"Please scan the barcode from the next ballot."

"That ballot has already been scanned."

"You have scanned all 501 ballots."

"Ready to prepare precinct reports. Proceed?"

"All 501 paper ballots have been matched with voting machine records."

"Ballot number 4321 has no matching record from the voting machines!"

Oops! I'm also combining the reconciliation button with the precinct report
button. But maybe that's the way it should be done. You could insert the
code for the precinct-level tabulation and run that at the same time.
