Okay, lets use this thread to flesh out the desiderata and then if I get another volunteer or two we will try to set it up over thanksgiving. And my source forge id is cems. I'll have to learn how to use the source forge system--I've only submitted bugs never admined them

I think this is a fine idea. Did you give us your SourceForge ID? If you
don't have one, you need to register there and then tell us what your ID is.
I will be glad to set up whatever permissions you need.
