After the voter has gone through all contests, the selections are
read back and the voter is given the option to quit or modify some
of the selections. If the latter is chosen, then after each modified
contest another quit-or-continue question will be posed. Should this
be accompanied with another read back of selections? For all contests,
or just the modified one?

If the voter chose to continue and modify, but then changed his mind
and want to exit, there must be some other way out than by entering
one of the contests. I guess the only reasonable way is to change the
behavior of the Up Arrow when in "confirmation mode".
