This is quite excellent, David. Over the past three years, I have been in
fairly regular contact with most of the top voting technology experts. I
have contacted Rebecca Mercuri more than once but she has never responded.
I have gotten the impression that it would take some personal contact to get
anywhere with her. So, this is definitely some good progress. Doug Jones
knows her personally but I don't know that he has spoken to her specifically
about EMV2003/UCVS/OVC etc.

Thanks. Actually, Charles Cleveland has taken over web master duties.
Matteo has made some suggestions and we hope to have his continued
involvement, but he has become pre-occupied with work work. Charles has
done almost all the real work on the web site.

We have 2 gig bandwidth/month limit. I'd be glad if that were exceeded.
Our web stats program doesn't give us info on the current date so we'll see
tomorrow. But I can already tell that some people are looking at it since
I've gotten five "I'd like to help" messages already this morning --
including a couple from people that sound pretty interesting (e.g., Lou
Montulli http://montulli.org/lou/ )

BTW, stats for the OVC site can be view here:
