Mostly design issues, like what should happen if the voter presses the
Up Arrow key at a certain stage.

A technical question: Can one interrupt an audio file playing, using
the arrow keys? If there is a lengthy description of a contest that
the voter is familiar with, and just wants to skip the intro. One
cannot expect the voter to type Ctrl-C. The audio files will probably
be played by calling os.system(), os.spawnl() or similar. I suppose
it can be played in a background process, and since os.spawnl() returns
the process-id, it can be killed, but is there some better way?

Someone else have to record the audio files. We don't want to have
an application that sounds like the Swedish Chef from The Muppet Show,
do we ;-)
