This is a great idea. I especially like that the pen discovers it's
location rather than using a rigid frame to establish registration.

On the other hand I suppose that would be a good way to cheat.
Simply drop off a load of ballots with the subliminal ID tags for the
check boxes printed wrong.

Maybe one could have the pen vibrate one way of democrat another way
for republican, etc so as to give the user feedback about what the
pen is recording.
