Right. That's what I thought. Not an acceptable approach. Preventing
vote coercion is tantamount (and to a lesser extent vote selling,
though coercion/selling pretty much line up the same way with any
technological mechanism). Somebody expecting to meet the big guys with
the brass knuckles when they get home is not at liberty to destroy a
provided receipt.
