EVM: For some demos, it's nice to be able to print the ballots. The
command "lpr ballot.ps" or the equivalent would be faster, if to a
postscript printer.

On my screen, the flag comes out in black and white, making the other
text unreadable.

RII: When I control-c out of the RII, it seems to log me out of that
shell but leave the shell window around. Should it do that?

BVA: I printed a ballot (ballot.pdf). I used a CueCat to read it,
and BVA always reports invalid vote.

BRP: It never starts for me. It just exits immediately.

Tested on Powerbook G4 with 10.3.9.
