Seriously... this project is not hosted at Freshmeat. It is only
ANNOUNCED on Freshmeat. To actually get the software, you need to
follow the links to ElectionMethods.org. You can also find
announcements for Gnosis Utilities on Freshmeat (the PD software I
maintain, and largely create), FWIW--but if you want the software
itself, you need to go to gnosis.cx.

Same goes for every other project listed. This isn't a slight on
Freshmeat, just a description of what it does. Likewise, ACLU.org,
CNN.com, or NASA.gov are also not code repositories; even though each
might serve a perfectly worthwhile purpose.
