I created a means to upload images to the Wiki site. You're welcome to
use this, but don't abuse it with indiscriminate uploads. (anything
you think you might reference is fine though).

To upload, go to:

   http://gnosis.python-hosting.com/cgi-bin/upload.cgi

And follow the instructions on the web page. For example, I used the
interface to upload the local file dqm-medium.jpg (which is just a
digital snapshot of me and my partner, not particularly OVC related;
but you're all welcome to know what I look like :-)).

After you have uploaded your file(s), they will appear in the directory
/ovc/images/ on the same website. E.g. my picture is at:

   http://gnosis.python-hosting.com/ovc/images/dqm-medium.jpg

I have deliberately not provided any method to check what files are in
that directory. If you uploaded a graphic, you should know its name.
But I don't want anyone else mucking with it. If you upload a new
version of the same filename, it will overwrite the old one, so there's
not real security here. It does let you improve images though, and
post your fixes.
