Overall, it looks good to me. Let's go with it. Any problems that
happen along the way I'm sure we can fix.

On IE, I noticed that the two dashed donation boxes overlap each other
on the home page.

Let's try to produce a .shtml version with includes for the sidebar in a
separate file, because that will still need adjustment.
