Yes, that implication holds.

I do not think this implication holds. Are you suggesting that a
single proposition full-paragraph text won't fit on a 15-inch monitor
(with 20 point type).

Another problem with our demo ballot is that the type is too small.
I suggest 20 point as a minimum. The current DREs I've seen use much
larger than 10 or 12 point type.
