I would add:

2b) Which made it easier to modify unintended selection?

I presume this issue favors full-face, but obviously it's empirical.
It's easy to imagine a voter pressing the wrong button in Contest #1.
At the Print/Verify screen she might realize it from the onscreen
summary (presumably presented before printing). Is it necessary to
press "Back" 13 times to change the selection? (then "Next" 13 times to
get back to verification?) Or will you add another navigation widget
(TOC, picklist, tabs, etc) that is likely to confuse voters who are not
computer experienced?
