I just wanted to mention on this thread that an article I'm reviewing
before publication mentions:

"According to the ITAs, the cost of qualification testing ranges from
$40,000 for the hardware/firmware equipment to $75,000 for the vote
tabulation and election mangaement software."

Then the article cites page 15 of:
