For the OVC system, the audit log entry would say "ballot printed", not
"ballot cast". The deposit of the ballot in the ballot box is basically
silent in the original Dechert method, but then, after the polls close,
when the ballots in the ballot box are reconciled, there would be a
of "ballot reconciled" events. Later variations that scan entire
from their bar codes would create their own audit log entries as this is
