Hello Laird,
Yes, I've been working on it since last June, not as a techie but
developing grassroots awareness and lobbying for Rush Holt's bill and
now working in Albany. Check out my NY page, etc at
www.wheresthepaper.org. I'd be happy to meet you. Not this week
necessarily, the lobbying in Albany is pretty exhausting.
