Thanks, David. BTW, I count 130 bits to encode this ballot. We could have
used this ballot in the demo and had only a slightly longer barcode (about 3
1/3 inches) using the straight bit-pattern-to-decimal scheme we used for the
original demo ballot. Can you say easily tell what the "optimal encoding"
would turn out to be (i.e., the least # of bits needed to encode the
selections... I confess I don't know how to use the tool you posted)?
