It might be nice to have a similar example that used the 3rd column;
you could invent some fictional contests to add, or even just duplicate
the second column into the third. It would just serve as a
demonstration of how much we could hold on a one page ballot, for
skeptical officials or reporters. It's one thing to do a little
calculation of so many points, so many columns, but it seems more
effective rhetorically to actually hand a sample ballot to someone.

Of course, someone sufficiently hostile to the OVC system could just
count the number of contests on any given sample, and decide the
requirement is to be able to include one more than that number. But
you start somewhere, and work from there.
