some further clarification upon reviewing my notes: the 57" tape in question had:

ten point font
76 races

shown info does not include anything more than the office, the one candidate the voter chose and the question (no full text as on a ballot) and whether the voter voted for or against.
Im not sure where this leaves pseudo questions like "Should judge Dredd be retained in office".

So I guess one could assume this is the minimum info the NASED director would like.

In my examples, I burned an entire line for party affiliation. But I did not try formatting any questions, just straight races.

I dont understand the previous suggestion that it appear like the ballot card. Or what the grey edging is all about. perhaps you could clarify. Obviously having it look like the ballot card would be nice but only could work for small ballots.

I'm not sure where one finds records of races but there was one in albuquereque with at least 76 on it as it frequently mentioned by the Election Director as to why paper trails are impossible. It's why she sets the bar at 80.
